Selection Process
The CWC recruitment process varies slightly depending on the post level:
- For Assistant Manager Posts (Codes 01 to 06):
- Online Test: Comprehensive objective and descriptive test (230 Marks, 3 Hours).
- Interview & Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates (in a 1:5 ratio) will be called for an Interview (30 Marks) in Delhi. Final selection is based on an 85:15 weightage of Online Exam and Interview.
- For Junior Executive Posts (Codes 07 & 08):
